Following the success of CTO’s African e-Gov conferences in Ghana and Uganda, we are now in the process of organising the 3rd Annual African e-Gov Forum in Rwanda.
Join key ICT stakeholders in the region, including Ministers of technology, heads of e-Gov projects, civil society leaders and representatives from IT organisations; mobile operators; infrastructure providers; foundations; development and donor agencies to discuss current issues and witness success stories on e-Gov in Africa.
Over 200 attendees are expected to gather from African nations to discuss solutions for utilising ICTs to improve transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of public institutions.

This three day forum will give delegates the opportunity to discuss issues like government policy, regulatory challenges, infrastructure development, Public Private Partnerships, m-government, broadband access, different technologies for e-gov services, open source and standards, gender sensitive e-gov initiatives, ICTs for youth empowerment, capacity building, e-readiness, e-schools, e-health, e-learning, e-citizens etc.
