The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation’s (CTO) second annual African e-Gov Forum 2008 event was held in Kampala, Uganda in first week of March.
Over 170 attendees from 23 nations attended the event which focused on harnessing the potential of ICT for the benefit of African nations and their citizens in the field of improve governance. Following analysis by the CTO’s International Events Department it is clear that the event can clearly be described as a success with several key findings being delivered.
