The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation’s (CTO) third annual Digital Broadcasting Switchover Forum (DBSF) 2008 event was held in Johannesburg, South Africa in the last week of January.

Over 130 attendees from 20 nations attended the event which focused on the development of the African Broadcasting sector and the progress that is being made towards the switch to digital transmission. Now in its third year, the rich information exchange and senior level networking yet again made the event a huge success.
