4th ANNUAL  CONNECTING RURAL COMMUNITIES ASIA FORUM Developing Connectivity, Content and Capacity for Rural Communities 16-18 November, 2010 Jaipur, India  Connecting Rural Communities is one of the most pressing developmental challenges facing policy makers and community activists in large parts of India.
